First 5 minutes free
Once per day, you have 5 free minutes to check it's all working. If you return the powerbank to the machine inside 5 minutes, you will be refunded the full amount. If you need a cheeky, very quick top-up to get home, we are glad that helped you :)
$5 per hour
Most customers get sufficient charge in 55 minutes to do what they need. So, generally an hour is enough. Of course different devices will charge at different rates - phones with bigger batteries will take longer to charge.

The daily charge is capped at $25 ... so after 5 hours you just need to return it before the end of the day to stay within the daily cap.
$50 and it is yours to keep
Think of it as a try-before-you-buy. A quality powerbank with all the cords attached is always useful - you'll never need to rent one again! You can recharge it at home with a USB-C cable to keep using it forever. NO need to tell us, after 2 days ALL you will pay is the purchase cost of $50 (no rental charges on top of that) and you get to keep the charger.
How it all works
Your account (card, whatever) will be charged for the first hour rental upfront. (If you return within the free time, the initial charge is fully refunded). Once you return the powerbank to the machine, you will be charged the additional rental costs for each hour or part thereof after the initial hour).
If you don't return it within 2 days, then your account is debited a further $45 (bringing the total to $50) and the powerbank is yours to keep!
